Yes, registering a Member U9 account is completely free. No joining fee, no monthly charges, and no hidden fees to open an account. The registration process takes less than 3 minutes. You only need to make a deposit when you're ready to start betting — minimum deposit starts from RM30 for eWallet methods such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay, and Boost.

To register a Member U9 account, you will need to provide: (1) Your full name as shown on your MyKad, (2) An active Malaysian phone number, (3) A valid email address, (4) Your date of birth for age verification, and (5) Your preferred username (5–20 characters, letters and numbers only). Your full name cannot be changed on your own — for name corrections, please contact our support team with a valid identity verification document.

Go to the Log In and click the "Forgot Password?". Enter the email address or phone number registered to your account. We will send a reset link to your email within a few minutes – the link is valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive it within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team via WhatsApp with your registered phone number for alternative identity verification.

To close your account, contact the Member U9 support team via live chat or email at support@memberu9.com and state your request. We will process the account closure after a brief identity verification. Any valid balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within 3–5 business days. Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, and Boost credited immediately to your Member U9 account. Deposit via DuitNow typically takes 1–5 minutes. Deposits via FPX (Maybank2u / CIMB Clicks) typically takes 1–10 minutes depending on your bank's response time. If your deposit hasn't been credited after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction (a screenshot of your payment receipt) and we'll look into it right away.

If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please do the following: (1) Check whether the transaction was successful in your eWallet or banking app – look under your transaction history. (2) Take a screenshot of the payment proof showing the amount, time, and transaction reference number. (3) Contact Member U9 support via live chat or WhatsApp with that information. Our team will investigate and credit your deposit within 30 minutes of completing the review. Please do not make a new deposit before reaching out to us first.

member u9 does not charge any transaction fees for deposits made via any supported method. The amount you enter is the exact amount credited to your account — no deductions. No. All deposits must be made from a payment method in your own name that matches the name on your member u9 account. Deposits from third-party accounts (family members, friends, etc.) are not accepted and will be returned without processing. For withdrawals to bank account via DuitNow or bank transfer, it takes 30 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals requested during peak hours or involving larger amounts may require additional review, which can slightly delay the process. If your withdrawal has not been received within 3 hours, please contact our support team.

The minimum withdrawal at Member U9 is RM50. Member U9 does not charge withdrawal fees for amounts below a certain threshold. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that matches your deposit method – this is a security measure to prevent fraud. Make sure your Member U9 account has completed basic KYC verification before making your first withdrawal.

There are several reasons a withdrawal may be temporarily held: (1) Rollover requirement not yet met – if you have received a bonus, there is a rollover requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. (2) KYC verification incomplete – identity verification documents are required for your first withdrawal or for large withdrawal amounts. (3) Routine security check – large withdrawals or unusual patterns may require manual review to protect your account. In general, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for your deposit as a security measure. Such requests require additional security checks and identity verification to ensure the withdrawal reaches the legitimate account holder. This process typically takes 1–2 business days to complete.

Rollover (also known as wagering requirement) is the total amount you need to wager before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. A simple example: you receive a RM100 bonus with a 5x rollover requirement. This means you need to place bets totalling RM500 (RM100 × 5) before you can withdraw your bonus winnings. Betting limits at Member U9 vary by sport type, market, and match. Generally, the minimum bet starts from RM2 for most major sports markets. Maximum bet limits vary by market and match — high-profile fixtures such as the EPL or Champions League typically carry higher limits. Your betting limits may also increase over time as you build a longer betting history on the platform.
